OBJECTIVES: Elea Golf Club, Sir Nick Faldo’s new development in Cyprus, appointed Landmark Media to create awareness and build its reputation. Key messages include: 1) A high-quality golf resort, featuring one of the best courses in Europe and one of the best new courses of 2010, 2) Become the first choice resort for golfers visiting Cyprus 3) Drive interest and bookings from European markets and raise awareness for the forthcoming residences launch.
STRATEGY: To generate editorial coverage, awareness and reputation in established media (print, online and broadcast), as well as via travel and other related titles in key European markets.
RESULTS: During the pre- and post-launch campaigns, coverage generated equated to a media value of over a quarter of a million Euros (€255,000). Elea Estate has gone on to win best European Leisure Development and Best European Golf Development accolades at the International Property Awards 2011.
