The Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE) England Region, a growing network of today’s and tomorrow’s club managers, has announced a 30% increase in membership in the last six months.

CMAE England is one of 13 national associations forming the Club Management Association of Europe (CMAE), and comprises junior and senior professionals from clubs of all varieties throughout England, including golf, city, multi-sport, tennis and sailing.

While the CMAE focuses on a structured educational qualification called the Management Development Programme (MDP), CMAE England offers day education, social events and networking, providing members with opportunities to exchange knowledge and best practice advice.

Edward Plunket, Chairman of CMAE England, said: “This significant increase in membership is testament to CMAE England’s ongoing commitment to promoting excellence in club management.

“It indicates that education and networking are more important than ever to existing and aspiring club managers, and we warmly welcome new members from all types of clubs across the country to benefit from all that the region has to offer.”

CMAE England has also unveiled a brand refresh, featuring a new logo, website and member app to elevate the experience, expand the network’s reach and increase member engagement.

“We strive to be the leading professional network in club management and this brand refresh is a launchpad for CMAE England to continue growing and to reach more and more managers from an increasingly diverse range of clubs,” added Edward Plunket.
